Provides a 24hr helpline and emergency refuge accommodation as well as outreach support for women and children throughout the county of Donegal

Phone support available for any woman feeling lonely, isolated or anxious or who wants to talk over any problem or difficulty in their life. Crisis Pregnancy Counsellor available for phone support, contact the Irish Family Planning Association (IFPA)  on 1850 4950 51 to make an appointment.

A SATU is a safe place to go if you have been raped or sexually assaulted. SATUs can help by offering a forensic exam and medical care. You may need help for a possible pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
